Your villa will come with beach towels, beach chairs and a beach cooler. There is also a washer / dryer in every villa. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. A hair dryer is provided. Spices and seasonings are not provided. A starter pack of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Eco Friendly Laundry Detergent, Dish Liquid, Dishwasher Pods & Trash Bags is provided in all Villas.
A standard drip coffee maker is provided in every villa. Filters are not provided, but if left behind, they will remain.
The tap water is provided by the city and is tested monthly. The water provided from the fridge is filtered 1 more additional time
The Hills, known for its amazing views, is located above town. There is a very large hill to traverse, and sidewalks and street lights are not consistent – for safety sake, we recommend a rental vehicle or taxis, which are easily accessible.
There are 2 grocery stores less than 5 minutes away. Ask us about provisioning options.
Housekeeping is not provided, but a full laundry room is present in each villa?
There will be one extra blanket provided in each villa.
The Hills is a convenient location for both guests who choose to rent and those who prefer to utilize taxis. For guests who prefer to explore at will a rental is recommended. For those who prefer to leave the driving to other, taxi services are easy to use. Please note that we do drive on the left and the terrain is mountainous.

Tipping is not included and is greatly appreciated. Tipping is customary for the greeter and concierge services.
Provisioning is a great idea and makes for a smooth travel day. For groceries we suggest using Landlubbers Logistics along with Starfish Market.
