Of the islands beautiful beaches, the restraints and stores and love its safety, exclusivity and view. Thank you for always treating us so well. Second time we’ve stayed and will always come back here.

We had a group of 8 and plenty of space for everyone. View was amazing and location is very close to downtown. The place was very clean when we arrived. The furniture is a bit worn in the living area and some bedrooms and could use an update. Air conditioning had a loud humming noise which was a bit distracting. Overall would recommend based on cleanliness, size and convenience to Cruz Bay

Our group of 8 had plenty of space for everyone and an amazing view. The villa was very clean, and the location convenient to downtown Cruz Bay. Living area furniture was a bit worn and one A/C unit was noisy, but overall would recommend based on cleanliness, size and convenience.

What a wonderful vacation spot and place to stay! Wonderful communication, beautiful views, and great atmosphere! We loved Bougainvillea Villa and the overall vibe of The Hills. Highlights were both the vistas and the attentive management.

Our stay at the Bougainvillea villa was good with convenient location to Cruz bay stores and restaurants. Pool house was closed every time we wanted to get in. Villa is spacious with good amenities however small maintenance is needed to make this a pristine location as there were a couple of clogged faucets in some of the bathrooms. The villa is part of a main building where 2 other rentals are available, making the location not completely private with other guests staying underneath or on top of our patio. Grounds are well maintained. Host connection was good and responsive however lacking a bit of personalized service.

We are an incredible stay at the Hills. The property was exactly as described, beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean with every amenity. The views were amazing. The staff was very helpful in arranging for grocery delivery... We will definitely return.

The place was very private and beautiful. Killer views and easy access to everything! We had a great time with our friends. The Family meals from clubhouse we had prepared and waiting were delicious and nice to not have to worry about food our first night. Our greeter helped us navigate to place and explain everything when we got there. Thank you for a wonderful trip on St. John.

Clean, comfortable villa with beautiful views and a well stocked kitchen. Would have liked an extra blanket or two, but that didn’t ruin our amazing trip!

The place was great for our large group of 4 couples! The only downside was a lack of blankets. We had a few people who liked it really cool and it froze out some of the others. We were unable to get an extra blanket for the one who was always cold.

Beautiful property with a great view of St. Thomas. We took advantage of the provided beach chairs, towels, cooler and even grilled out one evening. Very conveniently located above Cruz Bay. Everyone had a great time and we would stay again.

This place is fabulous! The greeter is the sweetest and answers all of your questions. The place is immaculate and the decor is gorgeous. The views from the balcony are amazing. I honestly can’t say enough great things.

I have stayed here half a dozen times in my visits to St. John for work. The accommodations and customer service are top notch. I highly recommend The Hills for anyone visiting St. John.

A wonderful house with a great location. Perfect for a family vacation

Villa Modena was a terrific place to stay. It is close to Cruz Bay and has great views out to Cruz Bay from the balcony. It is a comfortable place to stay for up to four couples, although the downstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom. We stayed with our three sons and one son's girlfriend. We enjoyed cooking a few meals together and the living area had lots of comfortable seating for relaxing, reading and watching TV. We enjoyed sitting at the common patio for sunsets and our sons swam in the pool. We also did family yoga on the pool deck overlooking Cruz Bay. Overall we had a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Carrie is fantastic and checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. Villa Modena is great!!

My friends and I stayed at Villa Modena for a long, relaxing girls' weekend. We absolutely loved the villa, it was incredibly clean, comfortable and the view is stunning.

We had a great stay at the property. The host was readily available from the moment of the booking until the day we left. She greeted us at the sea port and we followed her to the property where she walked us through the gated community of homes. The villa was perfect for a family. You couldn't ask for a more scenic view of Cruz Bay in the morning and sunset. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen and grill was excellent. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Place was very beautiful and secluded. You will have a lot of fun with your St. John trip if you stay at Modena.

The pictures did not do the place justice, really perfect in every way, will never stay in either the Ritz or Frenchman's Reef ever again....Villa Modena was more than perfect....loved being up the hill from town, was a little cooler and had great views....highly recommend...

Modena at Sirenusa was amazing. We had such a wonderful time and Leann was so helpful. If you are thinking about visiting St. John this is definitely one of the best places on the island.

Planned a last minute trip to St. John and so happy we stayed at Villa Modena in Sirenusa. The villa has excellent finishes, is very comfortable, spacious and laid out perfect for groups small or large. The view from the terrace is beautiful, looking out over Cruz Bay with St. Thomas in the distance. For anyone who has been to St.John, you know that it is an incredibly safe and friendly island, but Villa Modena is perched nicely on the side of a mountain in a gated enclave. The pool area is fantastic and directly below is a lounge with a pool table, couches and the same amazing view. The team at Sea Glass Vacations (Nicole) made it extremely easy to book and LeAnn checked in with us everyday to see if we needed any help with dinner reservations, boat trips, hiking recommendations and car arrangements. When they found out I was celebrating my 40th birthday, I arrived back at the Villa to find a terrific bottle of aged rum and a personalized card waiting on the outside patio table. We have stayed all over the island and Villa Modena is a fantastic choice, especially if there are several couples looking to stay together.
