Frangipani Private Pool and Tesla Backup!

Great stay!

Fantastic view, enjoyed the private pool and even a friendly resident cat. The only issue was a brief water shortage, which was quickly resolved. Other than that it was perfect!

Our second time at The Hills did not disappoint! Great unit, great view, great location & great support from the Hills staff! We can't wait to return again!

The customer service was exceptional! We had an unfortunate experience with another vacation property trying to get our family of 21 together. The Hills were very accommodating and helpful. The villas were clean, spacious as advertised, and safe. We highly recommend them and will consider using them again when we return.

To start with St. John is just amazing so it was a great backdrop to our stay at the Hills. We stayed in the Frangipani Unit at the top of the hill with a pool and incredible views. My wife thought ahead and we brought floaters to blow up so there was nothing better than in the late afternoons sitting in the floaty sipping a drink and peering out at the Jurassic Park looking islands. There were six of us, two adults and 4 kids from 14 to 19, and the place fit us extremely well. Beds were all super comfortable and the place was very clean and well kept. Only minor criticism is the kitchen needed to be better equipped, I.e., no oven mitts. Also would have been nice if there were coffee filters. But these are very minor criticisms to an otherwise wonderful place to stay. Few suggestions. Get groceries delivered in advance. Get the list of cab drivers from Cathy to take you into town, about $5 per person. Eat at Lovanga (sp?) Rum Bar and Morgan’s Mango. Early afternoon drinks at either the bar at Maho Bay or the Beach Bar in Cruz Bay. Head over to the other side of the island for a day at Hanson Bay where for a small donation you can use their kayaks, tables, floaters, etc. Other favorite beaches in the Cruz Bay side are Maho and Francis. For remote beaches (which tend to be a little rougher because not as sheltered but also no people) try Jumbie or the hike down from Peace Hill (trail to beach is on your right about halfway up the hike to the top). Our day spent snorkeling with Bad Kitty boats was amazing as was our captain Sherita. One last thing, please say hi that the cats at the resort especially Boots and Mustache. My daughter will miss them very much.

Great location and spacious villa for our family of 4. Nearby restaurants were delicious and snorkeling was amazing.

The Hills Saint John is a wonderful paradise on a beautiful island. The villas are exquisite, and the staff is amazing. We've visited twice in 6 months and will surely be back again. Bravo!!

This place was awesome nice and clean , they was very friendly and helpful I would definitely give them 5 stars and also stay again when I visit At John I recommend anyone visiting to stay at there resort

Simply Amazing.

This is my FAVORITE place to stay on St. John! The views are spectacular, the staff (Carly & Paula) are caring, personable and quick to respond to even the simplest requests. Every unit is beautiful but we love the Frangipani villa because it has it's own private pool. The club house has a common area pool and fitness room for your enjoyment. Cobblestone throughout, lovely architecture, an amazing mermaid statue greets you at the gates when you arrive. And did I mention the AMAZING VIEWS! Nicole Wine at VacationVI is also wonderful to work with, don't want to forget to give her props on helping us reschedule during the COVID pandemic. We appreciate everything about this group.

We loved the house and it’s beautiful views. Our house had a private pool which was a nice bonus. We actually walked down the hill to the water for dinner a couple of times. We appreciated the quick response time and help with planning from our greeter Carly. Great vacation!

New Review

We rented Villa Pisa with my wife, 2 kids and inlaws and had an amazing time. The house is just a few minutes from Cruz Bay and even closer to Starfish Market, for which we went every day. The house is spotless, furniture and linens are perfect and the kitchen has brand new, high quality appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc.. They thought of everything you would need from if you were just preparing cocktails to having a large family BBQ. The sunset views were spectacular (especially from a floatie in the pool) and the grounds around this gated community were meticulously maintained. The common space was great for a nice game of pool and the gym was really nice too. We are definitely going back next year. Thanks to Nicole for being a great host.

Villa Pisa is beautiful and we really enjoyed it. The layout and the views are awesome. We definitely took advantage of the pool and would want that exact villa again if/when we return. The only negative I can think of is possibly the location (it is also a positive as well). We love the view. The only downside is not being able to walk to restaurants, bars or to the Cruz Bay area in general. That is the only missing piece. However – to get the view we had – we needed to be up on the hill.

Steve with Paris Taxi Service is awesome. I can’t say enough about him. He was always prompt and was there to pick us up on time (most always early) – with a big smile! I highly recommend him. The toy selection and delivery of baby items from Island Baby was perfect. A great service! Order food and having it delivered to the villa was a wonderful service as well.

We had a great time at Villa Pisa. Our group was 3 adults and 2 6 year old children. Villa Pisa was clean and beautiful. The views were amazing and the kids loved the pool. Its a short drive to town and the beautiful beaches. Lee Anne, our concierge, and Nicole, who organized everything prior to arrival were both wonderful. I highly recommend Villa Pisa. We will be back!

Our family of 7 just recently returned from a week stay at the Villa Pisa. Not only did the property and staff meet our expectations, they exceeded them!! We had such a splendid time. The villa was amazing. Super clean, spacious and comfortable. Nicole, our contact at the Villa, was just as amazing. She made our stay at the villa stress free. From our initial contact with Nicole to our final farewell, she was so kind, accommodating and professional. We highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We truly LOVED all aspects of the Villa Pisa!

We had a great trip beginning with an informative and friendly concierge to visiting some of the most beautiful beaches during the day and experiencing some very fine dining at night.Our unit was very clean with a soft, comfortable feel. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils for cooking inside and out. The location of our unit was perfect as it is just a short drive above town, a market down the street and the views are spectacular!! We would highly recommend the Villa Pisa and hope to return there soon!
