“Guavaberry at The Hills in Saint John is one of the nicest Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in. From the breathtaking view, to heated bathroom floors, and thoughtfully designed decor and kind and helpful staff-- our stay could not have gone better. They staff recommended that we contact Chico for taxi service, and this helped us to easily get into town or beaches on the north shore. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and hope to stay there again one day! Our favorite restaurants were Extra Virgin (dinner), 1864 (brunch), and Lime Inn (dinner).”

Stayed at Villa Imola Sept 2nd through Sept 7th 2016. The villa is beautiful and modern. The pictures are an accurate representation. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, coffee maker, blender, and all the things needed to cook. Also has a weber grill on the patio. Recessed lights throughout. High Definition TV with plenty of channels. Fast wireless internet(download speeds over 20 megabits per second). The view is super. Car rental is a must. The host was awesome, went above and beyond. I would for sure stay again and would recommend for you to as well. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great time during our week stay at the villa. It is spacious and perfect for three couples. Has a great view of the water and the location is close to town for convenience and far enough for privacy. Highly recommend it!

We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 30 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane or specific COVID-19 related reasons as explained below). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances.
Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
COVID-19 Exceptions: If a member of your traveling party tests positive for COVID-19, if the USVI Government will not allow travel into the territory for your travel dates, or if the country / state that you are departing from / arriving home to will not allow travel due to COVID-19, the full amount of your rental rate can be used as a credit (with no penalty) against a booking for future dates (less than 12 months from the original travel dates).
