This property has everything we expected and more. It is more spacious than what the pictures show. Not only the bedrooms are big, but huge bathrooms and closets too. Family had good time. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this rental property! It was as advertised and very clean. Very comfortable for our family of 6. We did have the unfortunate timing of vacationing during Tropical Storm Ernesto, but the villa and host were ready for this with back up lights and fans. Seagrape Villa does not have a back up generator, FYI. This location is great as it’s so close to all the activity in Cruz Bay and just a short drive to any of the beaches! We so enjoyed our stay and the management company was very responsive regarding arrival and any questions we had during our stay!

Great stay with a beautiful view of the islands. Easy to grab a taxi up to the house or walkable if you don’t mind steep hills. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Lovely condo - could use some minor updates but nothing major. Great location. Easy to drive or taxi into Cruz Bay bars, restaurants, etc. but also away from the noise and action. SPECTACULAR views of Cruz Bay, the surrounding islands and amazing sunsets. Lovely, private, gated location. Lots of amenities available in the condo. And fantastic communication throughout. Only minor challenge was finding the correct entrance gate but once we reconnected with the concierge all went well. Look forward to returning!

We loved our stay at the Hills in Seagrape Villa. The Hills is a real gem in St. John. Kathy and Jeff were extremely helpful setting up dinner reservations for the week of our stay and staying in touch on the day we arrived. They also followed up regularly during our stay to be sure we had what we needed. The villa was lovely. Having 3 king en-suites was perfect for 3 couples. The location is perfect--a short drive to Starfish Market and Cruz Bay. We will definitely return to the Hills!

I have stayed at the Hills in various Villas about 10 times over the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Accommodations are stellar and service is great! The view is incredible and you’re 5 mins from Cruz Bay. I would highly recommend the Hills to anyone visiting St John.

The Best Place for Familes or Groups of Friends!! This is our 4 th time staying at “The Hills”. This year, we invited 40 guests to join us for a special occasion, our daughters wedding. The villas were perfect! Everyone raved about how beautiful and unique each one was. We enjoyed entertaining everyone on the terrace which overlooked Cruz bay. The sunsets were spectacular. You can’t beat the location.. minutes from downtown restaurants and a short ride to all the amazing beaches. Lastly, I have to give a shout out to the entire crew too! From Nicole who helped with booking, Dave, who owns and manages Sea Glass vacations to Paula and Carley who are onsite helping to check you in and anything else that you might need throughout your stay. We can’t wait to come back

St John is a little piece of beachy heaven. The Hills is an incredible place to stay. We stayed in “The Seagrape” and couldn’t be more pleased. It’s clean, quiet, gated and very nice. The beds were comfortable. (I have a bad back and often go home from vacation with back pain, I didn’t this time). The view of Cruz Bay was incredible. The roads are narrow and twisty and some are poorly marked but the detailed driving instructions took us right to the gate. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided for our use. We really appreciated that. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially convenient. I’d go back tomorrow if I could, will definitely return!

Simply amazing! Elegant! That view!

Villa Monza was immaculate. The property is still recovering from the hurricanes but the extremely minor cosmetic blemishes pale in comparison to the beautiful and spacious rooms and the stunning views. Communication with property management was great and at every step we felt taken care of. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were very impressed with the beautiful unit! It was perfect for our family of five. The amenities and decor were impressive! We loved the view from the unit and enjoyed eating breakfast on the veranda every morning and watching the sunset every evening. The laundry room was also appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. It's well appointed and quiet. The property is gorgeous. It's up some very steep roads with no sidewalks so make sure to have a designated driver at all times or use taxis.

Our host was the Best kind with so much helpful information for us.

Since we arrived after 11 pm at night, the agent met with us early the next day with the groceries that we ordered. She explained all that was necessary to know, and then gave me a lift to the jeep rental place and had me follow her back so I would be familiar with the way.

The pictures did not do the villa justice. Beautiful views and facilities. Very responsive to any issues that popped up. The welcome book was very useful. Great stay.

Villa Monza was beautiful!! Looked just like the pictures. Beautiful decor with an amazing view of Cruz Bay! Each bedroom had an attached bathroom with shower so plenty of privacy if you're with a big group. The hosts were excellent and responded promptly via email. They provided linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as beach towels. A cooler and beach chairs were also provided. We would definitely stay here again!!!

My wife and I stayed at Villa Monza with two other couples in February. St John was wonderful. We considered several locations throughout the Caribbean and Mexico and we were glad we chose St. John. The villa was in a perfect location. The villa was great. The staff as Seaglass was very helpful. They quickly to question before the trip and they were easy to work with. We ordered food through their website, which was also convenient. It was nice to have a stocked kitchen after traveling and arriving late.

Our visit to St John between Christmas and New Years was a perfect vacation to relax, swim, go to restaurants and take an amazing New Year's Eve boat trip to "Foxy's:" with the help of the talented staff at Sirenusa. The Villa was well equipped and extremely comfortable. My college age son was very entertained and we met some amazing people. Most of all our hats are off for the staff at Sirenusa for bending over backwards to help with every little thing quickly making us feel at home and comfortable on this beautiful island.

We looked on AirBNB at several places on St. John and almost didn't choose this one because the pictures looked Photoshop'ed and they didn't have many reviews. I am really glad we chose them, and that is why I am now writing a review. The pics look too professional but they are legit. It has 3 large bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room and a large private patio with a nice grill. We stayed with my wife's parents and our son and this was way more room and amenities then we could ever have at a hotel. The complex itself is all 5 star. It is a gated community and very private. Our patio looked down on the little town at Cruz Bay which is a 3 minute drive away (check my photos). The grocery store is half way into town (2 minute drive). The host met us at the ferry, showed us the beautiful place, and gave us a 30 minute run down on the beaches, the restaurants and other important details about the island. They also had a "beach kit" that has beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler, which was nice to have. Staying here was like staying at real home, not like a hotel where everything is trimmed down. We also had a minor medical issue (ear infection) while we were on the island. We called the host for info and she called a clinic and made sure we got taken care of. Villa Monza was gorgeous. The property is large, with high ceilings, and wonderful furnishings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is even a powder room off the living room. Everyone at Sea Glass was extremely helpful and attentive. We loved the gorgeous view of Cruz Bay from our balcony. The Villa is perfectly situated, within a five minute drive of downtown Cruz Bay. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Sirenusa in the Monza unit in August 2015. We selected the place mainly because we were traveling with a couple of friends and a 2 year old and wanted something close to town with nice amenities. This place went above and beyond our expectations! Dealing with Nicole and Kristen at Sea Glass was both a pleasure and very helpful. They answered all of our detailed questions and worked out the logistics of getting our jeeps to the villa waiting for us along with many other details. They even had some beach toys at the villa for our 2 year old daughter along with chairs and a cooler to take to the beach each day. Which we definitely took advantage of!
The moment we pulled into the gated resort we could tell it was very high end. Situated high above Cruz Bay the grounds were very well landscaped with brick paver roads, tiled walkways, beautiful villas, and a very serene feeling. When we walked into our unit at Monza it looked better than the pictures. The view across to St. Thomas through the windows and from the balcony was amazing and afforded us spectacular sunsets! When we could get home in time that is!.
The finishes of the unit are all high end from the travertine floors to the granite counter tops in the open kitchen. The 3 bedrooms were all large and each had their own full bath. The central area had a great living and dining room with a large table capable of handling large families and groups. The furniture was all of high quality as well and plenty of seating inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and we always had hot water (not always the case in other places we stayed in St. John). We felt that Monza and Sirenusa was the perfect base camp for us. We love exploring and traveling all day long on hikes and going to different beaches. We snorkeled every day and went to a dozen different beaches. At the end of long days coming back to such a nice place in the evening was so nice and relaxing so we could be refreshed to start over the next day! We used the workout facility, the rec room, and hung out a few times on the common area patio that had great views as well. Never felt crowded. Like we had the place to ourselves!
Just a short 5-10 minute drive to town. a 5 min. drive to Starfish market and Chelsea drugstore. The nice central location to things made it easy to come home and shower after a long day of sun and sand and then head out to dinner without having to take a long time in travel or go places all scuzzy. We have been to St. John several times and have stayed at individual villas elsewhere there and have enjoyed them all. I have to say I highly recommend Sirenusa overall based on ease to get to, traveling with family and friends, the amenities, the finishes and views, and the overall comforts of home. One big thing to us was a pool on the grounds but no direct access to it for our 2 year old which was the concern of many villas as she does not swim yet. That made us more comfortable when she wandered around the villa and is a big plus to any parents traveling with little ones. And all at a very affordable price! In fact I can't believe how great the price was. It truly made us feel special and was an amazing vacation for our family. We weren't sure how it would go with a 2 year old but it couldn't have been better and we will definitely go back. Already planning when and which unit we will get next. Many have their own pools too for older kids. YOU won't be disappointed in your St. John experience at Sirenusa!

My wife and our adult daughter recently stayed at Villa Monza and were very satisfied with its wonderful amenities and beautiful sunset views from our own front porch over Cruz Bay. The villa was perfect for our small group and could easily accommodate up to three couples. Nicole made our anniversary restaurant reservations and provided us as first time visitors with great maps and exploration information for the entire island. Nicole was wonderful and arranged our Jeep rental delivery to the condo by Mr. Piper. We had to go back to work to rest after snorkeling and swimming with turtles every day but we long to come back. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to experience a tropical treat where you travel by plane, boat and jeep to discover the wonders of St. John

Our group of young couples stayed here and have absolutely no complaints. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The full gourmet kitchen was great and we cooked several meals in it. The balcony has incredible sunset views that we hurried home for each evening to make sure we did not miss. The pool is adequate and the exercise room was surprisingly equipped with a variety of free weights and other machines. The management team sent someone to meet us upon arrival and introduce us to the island and must-see beaches/restaurants/etc. Overall it was the perfect spot to spend a few days on St. John.

Andrea and I had such a wonderful time this past week visiting St. John. I sincerely appreciate all you did to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. It couldn’t have been a more relaxing week and the lovely condo was such a big part of our experience.
