We welcome dogs in select accommodations, with a weight limit of up to 45 pounds in our condominiums. When booking pet-friendly accommodations online, please ensure you indicate in the notes the dog breed and weight of the dog.
Dogs should not be left unattended in the condominium for extended periods. If leaving your pet, please ensure they are crated to avoid any disruptions.
Use the “Pet In-Room” door hanger (provided at check-in) whenever your dog is in the accommodation to ensure safety.
To maintain cleanliness, kindly keep your dog off the furniture and bedding. If a dog is suspected of occupying the furniture or bedding, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
Please be mindful of other guests who may not be comfortable around animals.
For pet care needs, such as boarding or veterinary services, Canines, Cats & Critters is available to assist.
Pet-friendly accommodations are limited and must be reserved in advance. If a dog is brought without prior authorization, guests may be asked to leave or arrange off-site boarding.
Only one dog is permitted per booking.
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 (plus tax) will be applied at the time of booking.
Dogs must be kept on a leash whenever they are outside of the accommodation.
All dog waste is to be cleaned up by the owner. If dog waste is found, a $250 fee will be charged per occurrence.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in shared common areas including the Terrace, Clubhouse, community pool and gym.
